Rain in the east to start, otherwise dry and bright.
Early rain in the east, though conditions remain dry and fine elsewhere. Any rain will clear through the morning, leaving the country dry through the afternoon, with bright skies. Light winds throughout, feeling mild. Maximum temperature 12 °C.
Though dry and clear conditions will continue this evening. Cloud returns overnight, with winds strengthening and coastal gales developing. Some clear spells towards dawn, with rain approaching western coasts. Minimum temperature 4 °C.
Rain will approach from the west through the morning, primarily affecting western areas. Heavy outbreaks in northwesternmost areas expected later, some glancing southwestern coasts. Blustery with coastal gales. Maximum temperature 12 °C.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:
Wet and windy again on Wednesday. Lighter winds, sunshine and scattered showers on Thursday. Dry and bright on Friday. Mild by day, but with morning frost and fog by Friday.
